A Sentry Key Engine immobiliser automatically locks or unlocks the doors of your Compass, and the interior lights will illuminate. Every key comes embedded with a small chip, and when placed into the ignition, connects with the engine and allows it to start. If no connection is made, or another key is used, your Compass will not start.
