  • Engines & MPG

    When you own a Jeep vehicle you’re bound to be far off the beaten path at one time or another so fuel efficiency becomes all that more important. EC Combined MPG starts at 29.1 on the Sahara two-door Diesel Automatic.

    Choose between two great engine options for the Jeep that suits your needs:

    The standard 2.8 DOHC 4-cylinder Common-Rail Diesel (CRD) pumps out 175 bhp @ 3800 rpm and 302 lb/ft @ 2000-2600 rpm.

    The Rubicon 3.8 V6 engine harnesses 196 bhp and 232 lb/ft of torque.

  • Transmissions

    The Wrangler offers a range of transmission options.

    6-speed manual transmission is available on the Wrangler Sport two-door, the Sport four-door and the Sahara four-door diesel manual. Enjoy the independence of being in control when tackling the great outdoors.

    Automatic transmission offers the freedom of smooth hands-free shifting. 5-speed automatic transmission is offered on the Sahara two-door diesel automatic and the Sahara four-door diesel automatic. The Rubicon two-door model has 4 speed automatic transmission.

    The Wrangler has been designed to perform in five key off-road performance categories: traction, ground clearance, manoeuvrability, articulation, and water fording.

    The standard Electronic Stability Program (ESP) is designed to assist drivers in maintaining control of their vehicles during extreme steering manoeuvres.
