Jeep’s Connected Services encompass a series of advanced, fully-integrated digital services for your vehicle. Combining telematic devices, touchscreens, apps and websites, they are designed to improve every aspect of your driving experience and vehicle management, enabling total oversight and access to navigation, entertainment, security and protection.
Uconnect™ Services offer advanced safety features, up-to-date information on the status of your Jeep, a smarter navigation experience, remote operations (lock, unlock, lights) always-on data connection, vehicle finder tool, alerts and support in case of theft, and remote management of electrical features, together with charge point search functionality for your Jeep Renegade 4xe. All of these features are remotely accessible via the My Uconnect™ mobile app for smartphones and smartwatches.
Mopar Connect services offer dedicated assistance in case of theft, accident or breakdown, as well as remote functions able to track your car’s location and check its status via your smartphone. My:Assistant provides intelligent and immediate crash, theft and roadside assistance, while My:RemoteControl allows you to control your car from any distance. My:Car enables you to monitor the status of your vehicle – for example, checking the fuel level – and My:Journey you to view and manage your trips through the Uconnect™ LIVE app, enabling you to customise unique journey itineraries.
Mopar® Connect services are available as an accessory if you already own a compatible Jeep car.
Uconnect ™ LIVE encompasses a blend of connected services for your vehicle that enable you to stay connected to the digital world in total safety, even when driving. Touchscreen, controls on the steering wheel and voice commands provide you with all the information and entertainment you want, leaving your free to concentrate fully on the road ahead.
When you purchase your new Jeep, the retailer will register both your personal and new vehicle data, so remember to provide both your email address and phone number for service activation. The My:Assistant package will be activated prior to vehicle delivery for your safety. To complete the activation process, an email and SMS will be automatically sent to you containing a link to the MyUconnect website; simply log in with your existing FCA credentials, or register as a new user. If registering for the first time, enter your personal details and password, set your privacy preferences and security settings, accept the terms and conditions and complete the registration process.
Once you’ve received the confirmation email, wait a few minutes before turning your car engine on. Download the My Uconnect app, and log in using the credentials you’ve just registered – you will be able to access most of the Uconnect Services included in the vehicle price, for a period ranging from 3 – 5 years, depending on the package. If you want additional services, you can purchase them on the website at any time.
In order to access Mopar® Connect, ask an authorised retailer to install it in your vehicle. Mopar® Connect comes with 1 year of complementary services included in the price. Once the unit has been fitted, the retailer will pre-activate Mopar® Connect using the email and contact details provided by you.
You’ll receive an email with a link for services activation. Register or enter with your FCA account details, and follow the simple steps to complete the activation.
