ARE ALL RETAILERS CLOSED?

We know the explorer spirit never sleeps, so while most of our retailers are closed, some are available remotely. Contact us on 01753 202 273 and we’ll connect you to someone who can help answer your questions.

CAN I STILL BOOK A TEST DRIVE?

At the moment we’re focusing on video calls and virtual test-drives, as the health of our employees and customers is our top priority. To organise a video call, or to arrange an appointment for after restrictions are lifted, please call us on 01753 202 273

CAN I GET MY CAR DELIVERED TO MY HOME?

Car delivery is still an option at some retailers –contact your local retailer directly to discuss availability, or call us on 01753 202 273.

SHOULD I EXPECT A DELAY IN GETTING MY CAR?

We’d love to say no, but we can’t guarantee your delivery will arrive as quickly as we’d like. Your retailer will be in touch with updates as soon as they know anything.

CAN I TAKE MY JEEP IN FOR A SERVICE?

A number of our retailers are still open for essential repairs, however we’re prioritising frontline workers to help them do the amazing work they’re currently doing, so please only book in for essential repairs. (According to Government guidelines, a routine service doesn’t count as essential repairs, so please hold off booking these until the crisis is over.)

WOULD I LOSE MY WARRANTY IF I DON’T SERVICE MY CAR ON TIME?

The best thing to do if you’re worried about your warranty expiring is contact our Customer Services Centre on 00800 0426 5337 and talk to them. They can provide you with a case number which will help us make allowances for the timing, and to get your vehicle serviced as quickly as possible once the workshop reopens. You should ensure that you have your car serviced as soon as it is possible once this crisis has passed or as soon as it is safe and appropriate to do so.

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY VEHICLE AND MY WARRANTY IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, contact your local retailer as they should be able to help. If they’re closed, you can use our online booking form. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Services on 00800 0426 5337, who’ll help as best they can.

I HAVE A MOPAR MVP SERVICE PLAN AND THE SERVICE IS DUE ON MY CAR. WHAT SHOULD DO?

First, contact your local retailer as they should be able to help. If they’re closed, you can use our online booking form. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Services on 00800 0426 5337, who will be able to advise you further.

MY CAR IS AT A RETAILER WHICH IS NOW CLOSED. CAN I TAKE IT BACK?

Please contact Jeep Customer Service on 00800 0426 5337 and they’ll assist you.

MY CAR IS ON FINANCE, WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY INCOME?

If your income has been affected by the disruption from coronavirus we have a number of options to help you including payment deferrals. If you need support at this time please contact:

- For Leasys customers: please call our Collections Team on 03445 614 611 followed by option 1 /option 1 or email collections@fcagroup.com 
- For Leasys customers: please contact our collection Team by calling 03445614611 followed by option 1 and then 1 again

If CODVID-19 has resulted in an impact to your income we have several options that can help. To discuss the best route for you,

WHAT ARE MY FINAL PAYMENT OPTIONS ON PCP?

Keep your vehicle
If you want to keep your vehicle, just email service-centre@fcagroup.com and we’ll help you pay your final payment.

Refinance the final payment
If you want to keep your vehicle and refinance your final payment, contact endofcontracts@fcagroup.com and we’ll let you know your options. This might be the best route for you if you’re keen to upgrade to a newer vehicle but can’t right now.
